TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I. Basic Information

2. The company provides its products and services through the website www.techplastic.cz (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).
   
   

II. Terms of Contract Conclusion

1. The purchase agreement is concluded upon confirmation of the customer’s order by the operator.
2. The order becomes binding once the form on the website is completed and submitted.
3. The purchase agreement can only be concluded in Czech or English.

III. Prices and Payment Conditions

1. Prices:
   
   
• All prices are stated both excluding and including VAT.
• The operator reserves the right to adjust prices due to increased costs.
2. Payment Methods:
   
   
• Bank transfer.
• Online card payment.

IV. Delivery Conditions

1. The standard delivery time for items in stock is 3 business days.
2. The customer is obligated to inspect the package upon receipt. Any damage must be reported immediately to the carrier.

V. Complaints and Warranty

1. Complaints:
   
   
• Mechanical damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
• Complaints will be resolved within 30 days of submission.
2. Warranty:
   
   
• The standard warranty period is 6 months from the date of receipt of the goods.

VI. Withdrawal from the Contract

1. The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing any reason.
2. Returned goods must be complete, in their original packaging, and undamaged.
3. Customized products or goods specifically made-to-order are not eligible for the 14-day withdrawal right.

VII. Dispute Resolution

1. Disputes will be resolved by the general courts of the Czech Republic.
2. The customer has the right to request alternative dispute resolution through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz).
