Return and Refund Policy

1. General Scope

This policy applies to all industrial packaging materials (Big Bags, stretch films, strapping, etc.) purchased through our online store. As we do not utilize a network of pickup points in our logistics processes, orders are delivered directly to your specified address. All potential returns must be directed straight to our operational center following prior approval.

2. Right of Withdrawal and Time Limits

In accordance with the Civil Code (No. 89/2012 Coll.) and the consumer protection laws of the Czech Republic and the European Union, return rights are defined as follows:

  • End Consumers (B2C): You have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement without providing any reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods.

  • Corporate Customers (B2B): For commercial transactions between companies (purchases made under a Company Registration Number/IČO), the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply. Returns are only possible if the goods are defective or do not correspond to the approved technical specifications (e.g., incorrect dimensions, faulty material).

3. Conditions for Return

For goods to be eligible for a return, they must be strictly unused, undamaged, and in their unopened original bales or pallets. The return of consumable materials that have been opened for industrial use or whose original packaging has been compromised will not be accepted.

4. Return Procedure (Email Only)

In the interest of maintaining transparent and accurate records, the entire return process is conducted exclusively via email. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Send your return request along with your order number to info@techplastic.cz. If you are reporting defective or incorrect goods, attaching photographs documenting the condition of the product will expedite the process.

  2. Once your request has been reviewed and approved via email, securely pack the goods along with the original invoice.

  3. Send the items directly to our address below (Shipments sent without prior email approval or parcels left at collection/pickup points will not be accepted):

5. Shipping Costs and Refunds

  • Defective/Incorrect Shipments: In the event of receiving an incorrect dimension or a product with manufacturing defects, Tech Plastic will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Standard Returns (B2C): If the return is made for personal reasons within the legal timeframe, the customer is responsible for bearing the return shipping costs.

  • Refund Process: Once the returned goods arrive at our warehouse and pass a quality and condition inspection, the approved refund amount will be credited to your original payment method (credit card or bank account) within 14 days.
