I. Shipping Methods

Delivery by DPD service:

Orders are delivered by the DPD courier service to the address provided by the customer.

Delivery time depends on the final destination and the selected shipping method.

II. Shipping Costs

Notice: All shipping prices listed below are exclusive of 21% VAT. VAT will be automatically added in the cart during the checkout process.

Within the Czech Republic:

  • Up to 1 kg: 114 CZK

  • Up to 3 kg: 124 CZK

  • Up to 6 kg: 224 CZK

  • Up to 10 kg: 236 CZK

  • Up to 20 kg: 273 CZK

  • Up to 31.5 kg: 309 CZK

  • Over 31.5 kg: The shipping cost will be automatically calculated in the shopping cart based on the total weight, as heavier orders require splitting into multiple packages.

IV. Delivery Time

In-stock items are dispatched within 2 business days from the order date.

Delivery to the Czech Republic usually takes 1-5 business days depending on the final destination.

Note: Delivery time may vary due to a high volume of orders or specific delays at the final destination. Customers will be promptly informed of any delays.

V. Packaging and Size Adjustments for Heavy Shipments

Due to the nature of our products, if the total weight of the order exceeds the carrier's maximum limit (31.5 kg per package) or the dimensions are too large, the order will be prepared in two or more packages.

The respective costs for multiple packaging are already fully reflected in the automatic shipping calculation in your cart. Customers will be informed in advance of any further adjustments.
